Delivery Coverage

At Origix, we provide reliable shipping services to all governorates across Egypt. Our goal is to ensure your premium footwear reaches your doorstep safely and as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

• Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 24 to 48 hours.

• Other Governorates: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days. (Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions on specific collections or order values—stay tuned to our banners for updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS or Email with your tracking details. Our courier partners will contact you to coordinate the exact delivery time.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We encourage our customers to inspect their package upon arrival. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, please mention it to the courier or contact our support team immediately.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed contact attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact us to rearrange delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
