We offer fast and secure shipping across Egypt. Each pair is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery typically takes 2 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking update to follow your package.
Returns
At Origix, your satisfaction is our priority. If your shoes don’t fit perfectly or you’ve changed your mind, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Process: Simply contact our support team, and we will arrange a pickup for your return or exchange.
